What products do you use?

We use a natural vinegar-based solution to thoroughly clean air conditioners, targeting mould, grime, and bacteria without relying on harsh chemicals. For added freshness and antibacterial power, we offer optional essential oils like tea tree, clove, or eucalyptus.
The same low-tox thinking runs through the carpet work: gentle options like Castile soap for delicate areas, hot steam and a powerful truck-mounted vacuum that lifts more and dries faster than a portable machine.
Carpet cleaning
The machine lives in the van, so the power comes with it.
A truck-mounted extraction system with very hot water lifts dirt, stains and bacteria from deep in the fibres. Carpets are left touch-dry thanks to the strong extraction: typically 3 to 6 hours for carpets, and mats are often dry by the time we leave.

Furniture
We’re happy to move light items like dining chairs, small coffee tables and floor mats. Heavy furniture needs to be moved beforehand.
Stains
We always aim to lift every stain, but red wine, ink, pet urine, permanent marker or old stains may not come out fully.
Drying
On humid or rainy days, run fans or the aircon rather than opening windows. It dries faster and keeps moisture out.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Natural Breeze Air Care! Leo did an outstanding job from start to finish. He cleaned the carpets in all four of our bedrooms, and they now look and smell absolutely fantastic - honestly, they look brand new again. He also gave our two split-system air conditioners a complete strip-down and deep clean.
